A number of rooms in different hotels have been pre-booked at preferential rates. All hotels are located within 5 to 15 minutes walk to the Congress venue.

Reservations are made directly with the hotels, either via phone or via the dedicated booking form, on a first- come first-served basis. As reservation is being processed, participation in the conference is needed to ensure the discount rate.

Changes of cancellations must be made directly to the hotel.
