OF PARTICIPATION
The attending certificate is valid and equivalent to four hours Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

With the application for “MENA Regulatory Conference On Bioequivalence, Biowaivers,
Bioanalysis And Dissolution” you accept the following participation conditions:
1. In the case that the event has to be cancelled, the organizers will refund the
registration fee after the conference. Any claim for compensation cannot be accepted.
The organizers will not be responsible for discount airfare penalties or other costs
incurred due to a cancellation.
2. Cancellation conditions:
The organization of the events not only requires time but also costs. We therefore
would appreciate your understanding that in the case that you cancel your participation
we have to charge the following fees:
- 6 weeks before the event takes place: 50.00 USD.
- 4 weeks before the event takes place: 50% of the registration fee.
- 1 week before the event takes place or in the case of non-appearance: the entire
registration fee.
Additionally we offer the possibility to name a substitute delegate for the participation
free of charge.
PAYMENT
All payments should be made in U$D. All charges due to bank transfers have to be
paid by the sender.
